This project was ready within a very short time because the building was acquired after completion and registration in the Tabu land registry, so there was no need for a licensing process.
The building has one floor of commercial space and 5 floors of offices.
The business model was renovation of the building, with an emphasis on the external appearance and a high standard of finish in the common areas. The project is complete and 100% of the offices have been sold!
