Renovation and restoration of a historic building more than 80 years old, with the addition of 4 new floors. The project includes 1,000 sq.m. of office space and 40 apartments.

The building was acquired in January 2016 and was handed over in July 2019. The total area of the finished project is about 4,200 sq.m., including the restored historic building. The project received financial backing from Bank Hapoalim.
